All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another notification with tracking details once it ships.

-Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering so we can discuss options. 

Lost of Delayed Packages

We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help locate missing packages. If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to s at canterandcottage@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please ontact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
